Our current microlot selection comes courtesy of Oscar Omar Alonzo and Finca Cual Bicicleta. Sr. Oscar began farming for COMSA in the early 2000's, attracted to their dedication to sustainability and connectedness with the Earth. His unusual choice of name for his farm comes from some of his personal philosophy:
"When you ride a bicycle, you are not polluting, you must keep balance. The bicycle is designed to move forward, not backwards, and all the pieces and parts must work together perfectly so that you can keep moving."
