How do I create a customer account?
Click "Log In" in the upper right corner of the page. It will redirect you to a Login page. Click "Create Account", and fill in the required fields on the page that appears. The password you create must be 5 characters or longer. After you click "Create", you will be logged in with your new account.


How do I log in to my account?
Click "Log In" in the upper right corner of the page. It will redirect you to a Login page. Enter the email and password you used to create your account, and click "Sign In". You will be redirected to your main Account page. From here, you can view previous orders, view / edit your saved addresses, and manage your subscriptions (if you have any).

How do I set up a subscription?
We use a third-party app called Recharge to handle our subscriptions. You might see "Recharge Secured" on forms and pages that are relevant to the subscription process. No worries, this is normal and part of the integration with our website.
Click on "Shop Now" to navigate to the main product selection screen. Navigate to the product you'd like to set up a subscription with. On the product page, you'll see a couple of buttons just above "Add to cart". Select the button that reads "Subscribe and save", select a subscription interval, and click "Add to cart". (If you don't see the interval you need, select the one closest to your needs and reach out to us for assistance.) Repeat this process for each product you'd like to subscribe to, and complete the Checkout process on the website. Once you've completed the Checkout process, that's it- you're setup with a coffee subscription!

How do I manage my subscriptions?
Click on "Manage My Subscriptions" from the main menu on the website. It will redirect you to a page that will ask you to login in your Third Coast account. Please log in to your account (see above) or create an account, if you haven't already (see above).
Once you're logged in, you will be able to manage your active subscriptions, view upcoming & previous orders, and edit your addresses & payment methods. You can also reschedule your subscription, skip a shipment, and add discount codes.


Third Coast Club FAQs
What is Third Coast Club?
The Third Coast Club is a loyalty program we started in 2022. For every dollar you spend in-store or on our website, you earn 1 Third Coast Coin. As you acquire Coins, you can redeem them for free coffee, merchandise, and other cool rewards!
How do I sign up?
If you’ve already created an account on our website, all you need to do is activate your account to get signed up with Third Coast Club. If you haven’t set one up yet, please continue reading.
To get started, visit thirdcoastcoffee.com and click on the yellow icon in the lower right hand corner that reads “Third Coast Club”. (If you’re on a mobile device, it might appear as a yellow icon with a black pelican inside.) Once the icon expands, you should see a yellow button that says “Join Now!”. Click on the icon and it will take you to a new page. Fill in your first name, last name, email, and create a password. Once you’ve filled it out, click “Create”. You’ll receive a customer account activation email; please click “Activate your account” in the activation email. That’s it! You’ll receive an account confirmation email and you are ready to start earning Coins!



How do I log in?
To log in to Third Coast Club, visit thirdcoastcoffee.com and click on the Third Coast Club icon. Once the icon expands, look just below the “Join Now!” button and click on the link that says “Sign in”. A new window will pop up, prompting you to enter your customer account information. Enter your email and password and click “Sign In”. The page will refresh with your main account page. Click on the yellow icon that reads “Third Coast Club”, and you’ll be able to see your Coin balance and available rewards.

How do I earn Coins?
For every dollar you spend on products online or in-store, you’ll receive 1 Third Coast Coin. You can also earn Third Coast Coins by following us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

How do I redeem Coins?
Once you’ve accumulated enough Coins for a reward, you can redeem them by opening the Third Coast Club panel and clicking on “Your rewards”. You can also click on “Ways to redeem” to see various rewards. Required Coin amounts are as follows:
140 Coins = 50% off a pound ($7 reward)
280 Coins = Free pound ($14 reward)
When you decide which reward you would like to use, click the yellow button that reads “View”, then click “Redeem” in the next window that appears. A discount code will be generated that you can use on your next purchase. If you forget to copy it, no worries- it will remain in “Your rewards” until it’s used.

Due to limitations with the loyalty app, you’ll only be able to redeem 1 free pound at a time using the panel on the website. Please reach out to us if you’re interested in redeeming more than 1 pound at a time and we’ll make the necessary adjustments on our end.
